Van 25 tot en met 27 oktober worden in Amsterdam de VR-days georganiseerd, waarbij de nieuwste innovaties op het gebied van Virtual Reality worden gepubliceerd.

“Attention explorers, adventurers, trailblazers! The third edition of VR Days will once again be the place where everybody in VR and AR meets, where new partnerships are forged and creative work is initiated.
VR Days 2017 equals three days of inspiring keynotes, expert sessions, workshops and seminars with the best brains and the most creative content, a co-production market, writers’ room, VRackathon, an exhibition of the top VR & AR, the BASE-Investor event to connect AR/VR startups with investors, and The Halo Awards to commend outstanding European work in AR/VR.
The speakers include Samantha Gorman & Danny Cannizzaro of TenderClaws, creators of one of the best (if not the best) VR productions around: the Google Daydream game Virtual-Virtual Reality, Boo Aguilar from FlagCX, São Paulo and Michael Gourlay Principal Development Lead at Microsoft/HoloLens.
VR Days is a three-day celebration of creativity in the heart of Amsterdam.”

Een van de sprekers tijdens de VR-days Europe is Michael Gourlay, Principal Development Lead in de Environment Understanding groep van Microsoft R&D. Michael is expert op het gebied van Augmented Reality en Virtual Reality platforms zoals de Hololens en Windows Holographic.
iMMovator en Hilversum Media Campusorganiseren samen op donderdag 26 oktober van 09:30-11:00 uur een Meet the Master met Michael Gourlay. Tijdens de Meet the Master sessie gaat hij in op AR en MR platforms en hoe zij ons in staat stellen om meer te bereiken.
